Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and ship your order. This timeframe applies to all shipping methods.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options at checkout, including USPS Priority Mail. Shipping method selection affects how quickly the carrier delivers your package after it has been shipped, not how quickly your order is processed.

Please note that carrier delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including weather, holidays, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping periods.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, missed delivery estimates, or lost packages caused by the carrier. Any delivery issues after shipment must be addressed with the carrier directly, though we are happy to assist when possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.
